turnaround time & shipping

  • All custom garments are made to order and turnaround time may vary. Standard turnaround is 4-6 weeks. If you require your garment for a specific date, please contact me directly prior to ordering. I do my best to accommodate whenever possible but I do request that you plan accordingly. Hand embroidery is time consuming and I am meticulous when it comes to stitching your heirloom garments.

  • Payment must be received within 24 hours of an order being submitted to secure your spot in the queue, or the order will be considered abandoned.

  • Denim jackets must be dropped off to the address provided within 5 business days to maintain queue position. 

  • Pickup address will be provided when you're notified that the order is complete.

  • 7-10 business day flat rate tracked shipping is available in Canada for $20. 

  • Shipping time is additional to the turnaround time. Be mindful of this when placing an order.

  • As each item is stitched by hand please know that no two items will look identical. This adds to their unique charm and individuality. 

  • Due to the nature of the product all sales are final.

  • Should you have any issue with your order, please reach out to asoupcreations@gmail.com and I will do my best to set things right.

  • alphabet soup. is not responsible for personalization errors made by the customer. Once an order has been paid, no changes can be made. This includes yarn selections, sweater colour, and any other personalization.

  • Should you need assistance with colour selections please contact me and I would happy to assist in choosing the right palette for your garment.
